| Snijder & Associates Inc is a public auditing and accounting practice in Pretoria since 1993. Their client base is mainly located in Gauteng, but they also have clients located in Mpumulanga, North West and Cape Town. Snijder & Associates have their offices, situated just out of the city centre in Deerness, Pretoria. They aim to use modern technology to enhance their service as well as their communication with their clients. Snijder & Associates' services are focussed on the small to medium size enterprise. It offers no user registration, dicussion forums, or complicated forms. It does offer visiters dynamic information on the company, their services, newsletters, taxtables, exchange rates, JSE information, business news, and weather forecasts. Moreover it offers visitors the abilty to ask questions and to browse through frequently asked questions. |

| The system integrates a complete and extendible backend that enables the company to manage and publish company information, information on services, news, newsletters, taxtables, downloads, FAQs, and weblinks. Auditworks.co.za is a good example of an effective, carefully designed communication system for a medium sized enterprise. It is perfectly managable by the director of the company Harm Snijder. Harm knows what he wants to communicate with his audience and is able to do just that himself, simply online, without interference of a webmaster or the need for extensive and expensive training after half a day introduction. Harm writes news, answers questions, and edits company information if and when required as easy as writing an email. |  |
